If any user of the Mobile Crèche , Sitter Services or Holiday Playschemes has any compliments,  complaints or comments they can:

This informal complaint should be discussed, investigated and resolved within 7 working days.

If the matter is not resolved within the agreed time-scale you should contact the Executive Manager by telephone or in writing:

Your complaint will be investigated and responded to within 14 working days.

In the event of your complaint not being satisfactorily resolved you may write to the Board of Directors, Direct Childcare, 4A Seafield Road, Inverness, IV1 1SG, who will reach a decision within 14 working days.
